Before you apply

  1. Check you meet Nyne's published rules: 20+ employees, 3+ years; accepts operating companies.
  2. List your systems, years of history and who can export each one. The data inventory worksheet helps.
  3. Confirm the records are yours to license and note what must stay out (HR, legal, customer data held under contract, regulated data).
  4. Decide in advance whether you would accept an exclusive license, and for how long.
