License My Company Data is an information and matching service operated by Minimus Ventures LLC. We describe buyer programs from their public materials and suggest which may fit your company. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a buyer, and we do not hold, process or transfer your records.
No advice and no guarantee
Content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Buyer facts are paraphrased from each buyer's public pages as of the dates shown and may change. Published ranges are the buyers' own figures and are not offers. We do not guarantee that any buyer will accept you, make an offer, or pay any amount. Check every term directly with the buyer and your own advisers.
Referral fees
Some buyers may pay us a fee when a company we referred signs with them. We disclose this on each buyer profile and on our How we make money page.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate answers. License only records your company has the right to license, and comply with your contracts and privacy laws. Do not submit personal data about others or confidential documents through our forms.
Third-party sites
Links to buyers take you to their sites, governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or conduct.
Names and marks
Buyer names are used only to identify their programs. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and Minimus Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you make based on the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Ventura County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
