Privacy policy
This policy explains what Minimus Ventures LLC ("we") collects through licensemycompanydata.com, why, and your choices. Minimus Ventures LLC is the business responsible for this site.
What we collect
- What you enter in our forms: name, email, company, role, company size and years, status, country, industry, systems used, the kinds of records you have, and any message.
- Partner attribution: if you arrive through a partner link, we store the partner's code and the page you landed on in a first-party cookie (
lmcd_ref,lmcd_land) for 90 days. - Buyer link clicks: when you follow a link to a buyer, we log the time, the buyer, the partner code if any, and the reference of any check you completed (cookie
lmcd_lead, 90 days). - Follow-up choices: if you opt in to check-ins, we record which emails were sent and any status you click (for example "Got an offer"). If you request worksheets, we record your email and the date.
- Partner applications: if you apply to be a referral partner, we keep your name, email, company, website and the answers you give, and our decision.
- Technical data: we store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit spam. Our host keeps standard server logs.
We use no advertising or analytics trackers and no third-party fonts or scripts.
Why we use it
- To show and email you matching buyers when you ask.
- To reply to you and, if you request a call, to arrange it.
- To credit referral partners and reconcile referral fees from buyers.
- To send up to four check-in emails over 30 days, only if you opted in. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not send your details to buyers; you apply to them yourself. If you request a call and ask us to introduce you to a buyer, we share only what you agree to, and tell you which buyer first. We may share limited information with a referral partner about leads that partner sent (for example, company name and whether a deal closed) under a confidentiality agreement. Our hosting provider and, if we use one, our email delivery service process data on our behalf to send the emails you asked for. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and click logs: up to 24 months, then deleted, unless needed longer to settle referral fees or meet legal duties.
Your rights
You can ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop updates at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, email paul@minimusbrands.biz. We will verify your request using the email address you used with us.
Cookies
We set only the three first-party cookies above, for partner credit and click reconciliation. You can block or delete them in your browser; the site still works.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
