Send a short summary of your records: the systems you use, years of history, rough data size by system, number of customers or transactions, and anything unusual. Mention each offer or letter of intent you have received; we will ask for copies by email if it helps. We will say which other buyers may fit, so you can compare. We don't give legal advice on contracts.
