How to apply to Troveo
Troveo prepares an anonymized copy of a company's internal records and licenses it to AI labs and AI companies on the company's behalf, sharing the revenue from each sale. You apply on Troveo's own site. Below: who qualifies, what to prepare, and how its process works, from its own pages as of 2026-10-25.
Before you apply
- Check you meet Troveo's published rules: no minimum published; accepts operating companies.
- List your systems, years of history and who can export each one. The data inventory worksheet helps.
- Confirm the records are yours to license and note what must stay out (HR, legal, customer data held under contract, regulated data).
- Decide in advance whether you would accept an exclusive license, and for how long.

Questions to ask before you sign
- Who signs the agreement with us, and in which state is that company registered?
- When exactly are we paid, and what has to happen first?
- Is the license exclusive? For how long, and for which uses?
- Who de-identifies the records, where, and can we review a sample of the result?
- What happens to the copy when the license ends?
